The WHS Workshop is a one-day program aimed at refreshing WHS information ranging from legal obligations to reasonable and practicable measures in ensuring successful management of Work Health and Safety in your workplace. This program will enhance your professional development and equip you with relevant and current information,

Overview

The workshop includes a combination of theory, discussions, research, individual task and team orientation delivery.

The following topics are included but not limited to:

·       NSW WHS Legal framework

·       PCBU and worker obligations

·       Work Health and Safety Mindset

·       Contribute to own safety in the workplace

·       WHS Management Systems

·       Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment

·       Risk Management

·       Continuous improvement

·       Successful Management of WHS in the workplace

The Facilitator

Your facilitator has extensive experience in both private and Commonwealth Government sectors, safety, training, education and protection of People, Organisation, Infrastructure and Assets in National and International operations.

Guest speaker from SafeWork NSW

The workshop will host an inspector from SafeWork NSW who will provide information to you about the role and function of SafeWork NSW and be available to answer any of your questions.
