The Incident Investigation Workshop is a one-day program. It includes introducing the various Incident Cause Analysis Methods. A case study based on real incidents are provided and you will use your current and acquired knowledge to investigate the incident and develop a presentation (powerpoint) about the incident which includes :
factors leading up to the incident
The incident
events post incident
Timeline
Evidence collected
Key findings
Recommendations
implementation of corrective actions

Emergencies in the workplace can lead to serious injuries or death. In this workshop we discuss Prevention, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery, a structured framework for managing risks and emergencies. We will use case studies to apply the PPRR framework and role play a simulated emergency in the workplace.
We also visit the 6 C principles in Emergency management , which you can apply to the role play emergency incident.
You will need to be prepared to take the hot seat and become the person to manage the emergency.
