The Compliance Audit, is a formal review of an organisation’s procedures and operations mainly focusing on whether an entity is complying with internal rules, legislation, regulations, policies, procedures, codes of practice or decisions.

Reviews are undertaken to monitor practical application of compliance activity in the actual workplace.

Together we identify hazards in the workplace which may cause harm and evaluate the likelihood of harm occurring. We analyze the severity of the harm and also consider frequency of harm. Our reports are comprehensive, detailed and provide a clear risk rating mapped against the hazards present to identify the most appropriate and cost-effective hierarchy of controls.

The PCBU (person conducting the business undertaking) must continuously evaluate the risk assessment process to understand when risks are reintroduced or introduced in the workplace.

The adoption of a realistic attainable approach to WHS incident investigation, provides for cost effective investigation services . The application of an appropriate Root Cause Analysis model ensures the cause, contributing factors and recommendations are commensurate with proven investigation methodology.

Comprehensive Investigation report includes recommendations and actions to be undertaken by the Person conducting the business undertaking (PCBU), which ensures preventative measures, adoption and or adaptation of the relevant hierarchy of controls are implemented. As per NSW WHS legislation the term reasonable & practicable is at the forefront of our recommendations.

The report will make recommendation that the PCBU attains the highest standard and commitment in the provision of WHS for the workplace.

These events by nature, due to large crowds attending venues, the emergency and incident response is not limited to medical incidents, structural fire, vehicle accidents, disorderly conduct, significant crimes etc.

My experience in joint emergency services control room operations, forward command post operations and planning and preparation for major events is advantageous for private sector corporations willing to commit to the provision of Emergency & Incident Response Co-ordination.
