About
Special Operations Safety (SPEC OPS Safety) was founded in 2022, after completion of the relevant qualification in Work Health and Safety (WHS).
I bring a fresh professional all risk-based approach to the private sector in the WHS Consulting arena.
My experience is based on employment with the Australian Federal Police (AFP) for 14 years, in Protection methodology for Commonwealth infrastructure & assets, Guest of Government (GoG), Diplomatic Protection and Australian Dignitary Protection. I have been an instructor in lethal and non-lethal Use of Force, Public Order Management, Advanced First Response (AFR) and Counter Terrorism First Response (CTFR).
Risk based operations are familiar to me. I have participated in National & International protection operations. My knowledge and experience, combine proven methodology in Protection and Safety principles with a risk-based approach for integration with compliance audits, inspections, evaluation and recommendations with respect to WHS Legislation, Codes of Practice, Policy and Procedures.
By adopting this approach, i aim to achieve the best possible consultation in managing Hazards and Risk in the workplace for clients.
I look forward to working with you, in protecting your staff, visitors, volunteers and workers from physical and or psychological harm.
